Bob is an entrepreneur, a champion of the humanities, and an exceptional leader in finance.  He has served as a director of over 20 corporations, overseeing multiple public offerings, merger assignments and has assisted in the formation of numerous business ventures.  

 

Bob has held leadership positions at companies such as McKinsey & Co. and Bear Stearns. He is the former chair of FINRA’s District Committee for Northern California. A professor of both business and law, Bob has taught at both Columbia Business School and the University of San Francisco School of Law.  

 

Bob is Life Member Emeritus of the MIT corporation, and a Trustee of the Culinary Institute of America.  He also endows the Muh Award at MIT for notable accomplishments in the humanities and social sciences by MIT alumni.
