Yousef Bazian is a seasoned Banker with over 36 years of experience in corporate finance and business development in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. He has led and is specialized in high-value complex transactions and M & A’s in excess of US$ 3 Billion. Yousef has an established network of priority clients and partnerships globally. He is a co-founder and current Board member of Loita Group, which includes Loita Capital Partners International and Loita Transaction Services. He serves as a Board Member for The Palestine Investment Bank, The Bothar Group and a Trustee on the Board of the Galilee Foundation.

 

Yousef served on the Board of PwC Middle East and led PwC’s Middle East Corporate Finance Division. In 2018 he founded his own advisory firm - Mena Square Advisory in Qatar, to build upon his experience and established network, with a focus of advising on debt restructuring, Mergers and Acquisitions, and debt and equity advisory.

He currently heads the Green Sands Middle East office as the Managing Partner.
