Carmelo Chimera graduated summa cum laude in 2010 from Carthage College, and graduated from the University of Chicago Law School in 2013. Since then, Carmelo has practiced at AM100 law firms focused on business transactions, private equity, corporate structuring and governance, and contract negotiations and drafting. He advises independent sponsors, capital providers, and startups in lower middle market deals. He’s also an author and small business owner.
