Maksymilian is an investment professional with more than seven years of experience spanning venture capital, public markets, banking, healthcare, and hedge funds. His background across both public and private markets gives him a differentiated perspective on evaluating companies across their lifecycle: from early-stage businesses establishing product-market fit and raising institutional capital to publicly traded growth companies navigating scale, competition, and capital markets.

Most recently, Maksymilian worked at a hedge fund focused on micro- to mid-cap growth companies, with an emphasis on the technology sector. His work included fundamental company and industry research, financial modeling, valuation, competitive and market analysis, and deep investment due diligence. This experience developed a rigorous approach to assessing business quality, growth durability, management teams, market opportunity, capital efficiency, and risk; skills directly applicable to venture investing and portfolio construction.

Previously, Maksymilian worked at a healthcare startup, where he gained hands-on operating experience across budgeting, pricing strategy, financial planning, and a successful capital raise. Earlier in his career, he held roles in the financial sector, including at Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch, building a strong foundation in financial analysis and capital markets.

Maksymilian brings particular strength in connecting rigorous quantitative analysis with qualitative investment judgment. His experience enables him to evaluate opportunities through multiple lenses: as a venture investor assessing technology, markets, teams, and long-term potential; as a public-markets investor examining valuation and paths to scale; and as an operator understanding the financial and strategic realities facing growing companies. He is experienced in investment sourcing and evaluation, financial modeling and valuation, commercial and competitive diligence, market mapping, investment memo development, portfolio analysis, and supporting financing and strategic decisions.

Maksymilian holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Accounting and earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in April 2026.
