Sergio is a globally recognized expert on innovative public-private multi-stakeholder governance models, from shaping social initiatives, regulatory frameworks to smart city policy & programs. Sergio, starting at the age of 12, today has over 36 years of Advertising, Media, Government and Legal experience. To date, Sergio has raised close to a billion for his various ventures, and throughout his career been responsible for investment of capital and management of each project from inception and implementation through to long term growth and enhancement of each asset.

Today, Sergio serves as the UN Permanent Observer of the International Youth Organization for Ibero-America (OIJ) and head of its UN Mission in NYC. As Permanent Observer he sits in the General Assembly to leads OIJ diplomatic initiatives and interactions with the United Nations system to take young people’s voices closer to decision-making bodies.
